According to the strategic plan approved by the board of directors, Xi’an Schaltbau starts deployment of lean manufacturing in 2019 for existing main business products such as contactors and high-speed EMU master controllers. Eventually, Xi’an Schaltbau will upgrade all lines with lean manufacturing to improve production efficiency and reduce production costs. We expect to improve the quality management and brand benefits simultaneously.
